1981 DRV not switching on/off

I finally got it all working but the footswitch doesnt do anything but turn the LED on/off...cant seem to figure out where something is linked up. anyone ever have this issue?

Sounds like you wired the input and output of the board directly to the jacks instead of using the bypass switch.
