6PDT Switch from 4053 or 4066 IC

I have a need for a five pole stomp switch and since those aren’t a thing I hunted for a schematic and came across this and this.  It uses either a 4053 or a 4066 chip as a 3PDT.  You could theoretically chain two of them together to create a 6PDT switch.  This would absolutely meet my needs but I need a hand making up a layout.
