A/B/Y with LEDs

I know, I know.. it's like the simplest thing ever. I googled and found lots of different images, most quite confusing for such a simple thing. So here's my request:

Can anyone point me to a clear and nice diagram/layout of a A/B/Y switch where there's an LED for A, B and Y? Can the LED of the Y overtake the A/B LEDs? If not then it's fine.
