Adding Tone Control to Fuzz

So I've been thinking about trying to add a tone control to a fuzz face I'm working on, similar to what I saw on smallbear here, but how could I add this to an existing vero instead of having a daughter board? I'm using the layout for the creepyfingers fuzzface, here, and want to extend the board an have a tone control.

The link works for me, but that does look very close, and is how its shown on Beavis Audio. The first link should have gone to Small Bear's exploration of a fuzz face build. They show the tone stack schematic look like this

Hmm must be a browser issues etc... yeah they do look very similar, might be a case of trial and error. You may have seen this but there are some good looking mods here too. The voltage sag is a great addition. I built one and it does make a nice difference to the fuzz, simple mod too

Nice, I was trying to remember where I had seen that before. Gives me some really good ideas and some of them I've already figured out by accident. Haha. I've actually played around with the creepy fingers fuzzface, and putting in an external pot to control bias with a switch for transistors. I think that its the 8k2 resistor that I have to replace with the pot to control bias, but I have to test it as soon as my parts show up.
