Not seen a schematic or layout, and passive pedals haven't been very popular with the usual tracers, basically because they're usually a bit crap.  Will have to wait and see if anyone who traces actually gets hold of one.

definitely not worth building on vero, i would just wiring it up like you see in the picture. i can tell you this though, i went to find out about this effect and when i saw the price i nearly shit myself and fell out of my chair. i can't believe this sells for $120. that takes stones, big honking stones to seriously ask that much form something with that few parts, with nearly 0 engineering.

also pretty sure you could fit this in a 1590LB if you swapped the rotary switches for mini toggles, yeah?

i think that's doable, you could probably even get this in a 1590a. if you really want i can make a little vero for it. even though it would be a waste, it might be a good use for those vero scraps.
