yes, it IS the same pedal. I just made it so it wouldn't hum (changed the crappy AC power supply to 12V DC).

they're the SAME thing. the mids control is the only difference and you can build it with it, or without it.

Can I have a link to that Sabro build? Is that the actual Tube Driver or the Blue Tube on his site that you mentioned?
