BYOC Tremolo led blinking

Hi all,

I built this layout on veroboard. It works properly but even if i follow the 3pdt wiring diagram, the led is blinking all the time... Effect engaged and effect bypass as well.

If not the sound is really great but I'd prefer to have the led off when effect bypass.

Could you help me on this issue because I can understand why the led is still blinking..

When I say blinking I mean the led is blinking following the rate speed.
