Baby Blues amp

Thanks to techniguitare.com for their work, here is a layout fot the Baby Blues amp based on the TBA820M chip
It's a clean amp, delivering 2W@8ohms@12V, 1.6W@4ohms@9V and 1.2W@8ohms@9V
CB limits high frequencies, 200p: 25 to 20kHz, 680p: 25 to 7kHz

How current draw the TBA820M at 9v?

The datasheet says "Quiescent drain current" 4-12mA. Is that?
