Belton BTDR-1 reverb module assistance

I know squat about the Belton bricks other than there is stuff inside of them. Does the +5 come out of the module on Vcc pin 7 after going V(in)?
Or is the module supposed to be fed +5 to it's Vcc pin 7 from an outside 5V regulator/other?
