It would be simple. You'd need a 3PDT switch and another 100K linear pot

If your 3PDT is like this

1 4 7
2 5 8
3 6 9

Take the rate 3, 2, and 1 wires from the board and wire them to 3PDT lugs 2, 5, and 8 respectively

Now send wires from 3PDT lugs 1, 4, and 7 to the rate pot lugs 3, 2, and 1

Wires from 3PDT lugs 3, 6, and 9 will go to the second rate pot lugs 3, 2, and 1

Thanks Travis for the detail explanation! I am so surprised that ithe reply is so fast and the explanation is  So clear!!!

One more question, if base on this mod, would it be possible to add one more bi-colour Led to indicate which speed is engaged, it would be great it will always flashing according to the rate no matter the effect is on and off.

Thanks!

you'd need a 4pdt switch
1 4 7 10
2 5 8 11
3 6 9 12
wire cathode 1 of LED to 10 (or 12)
wire cathode 2 of LED to 12 (or 10)
wire 11 to ground

Thanks adapt for your help!

i am also checking some where else like this site to teach how to use an extra LED to give always on flashing according the speed, however it is only suggest for single speed knob, here is the site : http://bounav.free.fr/wp/?p=254

In our case (2 speed knobs), if i would like the bi-colour led be flashed according to the rate (always on and  different colors to indicate which speed knob is using), i suppose the common anode of bi-colour led should be connected to J3 with a 15k resistor and the 2 cathodes go to 10 and 12 of the 4pdt, is that correct?

And for wire 11 to ground, may i know where i connected should it to so that 11 is grounded?

Sorry that my basic concept is so weak, once again thanks for the help in advance!
