CD4069 to CD4049 Pinout Adapter

This layout is an adapter to change the pinout of a CD4069 to the pinout of a CD4049. I got the idea from here.
I hope it makes sense.

It could be very interesting to know what difference could come up swapping those two chip in a circuit.
