CV / Gate Input

I was already searching a lot about this, but I still don't have a clue:
- can you add a CV/gate input to any effect circuit?
- especially how do you to that?

In principle, it is possible to replace any pot with an expression pedal. CV is slightly different, but again possible.

In practice, how to do so and whether it's worth it depends on what you're trying to control.

Do you have a particular circuit in mind?
