Looks like a fun little circuit, sort of tube sound fuzz with self oscillation. Seems similar to the hyperpak, which I think has also not been done yet.

Not sure if the schematic is verified, it's from FSB. Demo below:

There are some values missing and I'm not sure they are correct.

Wow, that was fast! I think pins 7 and 14 need ground and power, though (power via that 10k resistor).
