Here's where I found it...

According to the authors description -

"It's a phaser driven by a distortion. There's no LFO for the phasing
section, the amount of phase shift is controlled by a pot instead.
I used a 4016 as controller for the phase shifting: I tried a OTA in
the first version, but it was not working properly in the early stage
of design. I found the idea of the 4016 on a MXR phaser design I had
in my schem folder.
The distortion section is a plain op-amp distortion with hard clipping
due to D1 and Q1.
TR1 controls the amount of feedback of the shifting stage and it must
be setted just before self oscillation occurs (around 14k ohms).
I got it working two days ago for the first time, and tomorrow or
tonight I'll record a couple of soundclips.
Component ratings for input and output caps should be increased (they
sounded good to my ears, but they need to be increased).
It's more a resonant filter than a normal phaser, it returns some hard
"wwwwhhhuuuuuuu" at some ranges of frequencies. In certain cases it
returns a pseudo-octave down sound, but it only works on a very small
frequency range (just 3/4 frets).

One thing I would like to improve is the sensitivity of the pot, since
the phasing start and stops abruptly: I had no time to fix this
issue..."
