DAM Fuzzsound Black on Black - volume seems low

Just finished up boxing a DAM Fuzzsound Black on Black (layout) - and while the fuzz sounds fantastic, it seems like there's not a ton of volume on tap. It gets above unity, but when I compare it to some other Mk 3 variants I've built, it's not nearly as loud.

Is this expected? Any way to get more volume out of the circuit?
