DBA Robot. HT8950 chip. How it works

Hi. I'm wondering how the HT8950 chip works...

Does the vibrato mode work with the robot(arpeggiator mode)? Or are they independent?

Also, do the different shift frequency steps affect the robot mode? I mean, does this thing arpeggiate in all the 7 modes? That would be awesome.
