DOD FX35 Octoplus

Good afternoon. I bought a DOD FX35 for a bargain recently. I received the pedal today and testing I realized that the octave volume is lower than the bypass. Is this normal in this circuit? I have not yet stopped to analyze the pedal and see where to modify to solve this problem.

The components aren't all identified on this schematic, so you'll have to do some hunting. I don't know how accurate this is.
