the effect seem to work well and kick in a lot of volume.. but ONLY when both potis are almost all the way up.
Another thing I found weird is that the gain knob is down and the Level is up why is there still lack of volume if the gain is there only to color the signal with drive ?
Is there something I can change in the wiring to change that ? any one experienced with different potis values then in the layout shown on this website ?
So far tried it only at home with a Vox AC4 (4 watt tube amp). Because of my cranky neighbors I can not really go crazy with the volume.. So I can not tell how much this effects the clean signal, thought from all the youtube demos of the original it seems you need to play a serious guitar amp (most likely tube amp) with high output to really hear how this effect is coloring a clean guitar.
