Echopathetic analog delay

Have you boxed it yet? Mine pops like a mofo. I've tried several different bypass options and it won't go away. Allesz made a few suggestions, I tried them all... As well as a couple of different relay circuits (that it really didn't like). I'm curious if yours pops? ATM, I have to use it with a Boss Line Selector as the bypass and just leave the Echopathetic on. The buffer didn't seem to quiet the noise, but that is great info you posted about that.

I have not boxed it yet, but its still on my bench. I want to build another and run them in parallel before I make a permanent home for it.  

I'm only getting a pop the first time I fire it up after power is connected, but I'm still only using my test box.
