Echoplex EP-3 Preamp (early model)

How about a layout for the early model Echoplex EP-3 Preamp? I know that you have a layout for the XOTIC EP Booster, but a layout for the real EP-3 would be greatly appreciated.
I found this schematic which shows the conversion from later to early model.
