Electrosmash PT2399 ECHO/DELAY

I've been poking around looking for a "simple" PT2399 based echo style effect, and I came across this:

I've built the Ersatz Verben Pseudo Reverb, and it works just fine...but I'm always on the lookout for compact echoey/reverby units to add to drone/oscillator boxes I like to build for friends.

Any comments on the schematics provided by Electrosmash?  Do they look like good candidates for a vero layout? Here are the schematics:
