Envelope Controlled Phase Shifter (ticking)

Good afternoon. I built this pedal twice, but I'm having problems with ticking. I have already isolated the power of the upper TL074 with a few different filters, I have already put a noise gate in the output, but I can not solve. Actually, the tick is only problematic in envelope mode. Any suggestion? Thank you.
