Well, too many hours looking at that tiny little board got the best of me. When I came back to it fresh, I realized that I had not connected a power wire from the 3PDT micro board to the main board. What threw me was I was getting music signal through half of the main board without the 9v power...but when it hit the OpAmp chip, it just couldn't go any further. Obviously, the OpAmp needs power and it didn't have any. Duh.
Runs great now! Thanks for the reply below, which was the catalyst for the solution. When you asked about the voltage I figured I would start checking voltage where it was going into the board........and......waaaa-laaaa, there WASN'T any voltage going in. Ha. Felt like an idiot.
