The Mark I is already up as a layout, but I think the Mark II might work better. The tonestack is after the gainstages, and the "Bias" switch is a bit different (switches the diodes in and out). I've got a PCB layout (with onboard charge pump and selectable clipping diodes) that I'm ready to spin, but I would like to try the circuit out on vero before I send it out.
