German Distortion Circuit with Pre/Post EQ

Here's an interesting circuit that recently appeared at FSB.  Note the asymmetric diode clipping and pre-gain and post-gain parametric EQ, which would be very interesting to play with.  A vero layout would be quite groovy!

Note that you would need 18V (from a charge pump) for this, and that the electronic switching at the end could be omitted in favor of standard true bypass switching.

Hey Frank!
I've done one last week and forgotten to upload it on FSB.
I think it needs +/- 9V instead of 18V.
Plenty of links and cuts but should possibly fit in a 125B box.

Hey Alex - yes you're right, +/- 9V!  Still need the charge pump.  Nice layout - I'll have to try it out soon.  Thanks again!
