Yeah, set up time for this took a little longer because I had to go through the schematic and label those standing resistors before I got started.
I can barely read my handwriting on the printout that I had originally written the values down on. Hopefully it's right! It should save you a little bit of time at least.
The one that looks like a yellow standing resistor is 10nf. Also note that what looks like a link @ 14 across/10+11 down are two symmetrical 1N914s. I had to confirm those with Tim. I attached a horrendous iPhone photo of how I shoved them in there.
