Hey all,
long time lurker etc etc
well i wanted to build a dual, and thought it was a simple switching set up from the single layout.
after studying the duocast schematic on pedalpcb, and a point to point layout floating around, it seems there are some tweaks. the charge pump is a bit different, the input area is a bit different, and then there's the obvious 2x trimmers 2x levels etc.
So, because i can only think in vero, i downloaded diylc and had a go at laying this one out. Also included is the 9v to 24v switch, which is nice.
All credit due to Alex's first layout, which i used as a base for the various tweaks needed. Ive gone over this one to double check its exactly as the schematic, but a fresh set of eyes cant hurt!
I will be building this soon so please flag any errors and i can updated the layout, though i think I've sussed it. (C100 on the duocast schem is 47uf - I've left it at 100uf as thats what i have and cba to order a single cap to finish this. i don't think it makes a huge difference anyway)
Here's the schematic:
