James (Baxandall) Tonestack w/LPB1 (Trim or Pot)

Here's my interpretation of the James tonestack from the DTSC with the addition of Mirosol's LPB1.
Once again, I have not built this so its not verified and I don't expect it to be correct the first time around.
Would appreciate help in ensuring this is correct.

resistor from emitter to ground should be 390r not 390k
