Keeley compressor no compression and sustain problem

Hello,
I have mounted the Keeley compressor with this scheme:

I have checked the voltages with the published ones and they are very similar
I have used 100k potentiometers for the clip and the atack. I have matched the transistors but I can not get compression. The sustain potentiometer works as if it were a volume.
Can somebody help me
