LED Lens ala catalinbread pedals

Does anybody know where to source these LEDs (or are they covers?) they mount fairly flat and have a kind of ringed lens on them...

Those are lens caps. I'm not sure where to get them but they look nice!

I kinda figured they were a lens of some sort... knowing the name helps -- also found them at mouser (I'm in the US)...
