LERA

LERA is RG Keen's (Geofex) Leslie Effect Rotor Adaptor. I think it would be a really useful tool for lots of applications but cannot for the life of me get it to work quite right.

Anyone tried to do a layout and test it? Got the thing to semi work on the breadboard but was having issues with the LED staying in the state of max brightness.
