Oh and the board picture is an early one, I fixed the bad solder by my thumb and the 2 missing holes have been filled *wink*

It's kind of hard to see what wire goes where...
I'm kind of chaotic myself, so I have to make it easy on myself.. green is input, blue is output, red is power, black is ground. Gives me a lot less to worry about..

But to each his own ofcourse! I do suspect it has something to do with the wiring of the switch. Guessing this is from gp electronics, and the switch wiring is taken from there?

In that case there are some wires different. In that one, lug 9 goes to lug 4 and to the input from there.

In yours it looks like lug 9 from you goes to lug 2 and then to ground. Could you check that?
