Looking for a crazy fuzz?

BTW, this works fine for awhile, then randomly cuts off and the timer chip is hot.  Used a TLC555cp.  Anyone observed this?

I built one when I first posted this. Works just fine. No issues.

What ICs did you use?  I'm using lm386 and TL555CP.  A NE555 works fine, but doesn't sound as cool.  The CMOS chip works for about 10 minutes, then gets hot.

FYI, a 7555 is working fine in the same circuit that TLC555CP chips were failing.
