Low output eternity, please help...

Hey All,
I have built the Eternity Burst off of the site here and have had the same problem come up when I test it.

I have refloated all of the connections and rechecked the component placement. When I play through it I get very low output. The pots all do what they are supposed to. It sounds dostorted, but I get very little sound.

Can anyone see anything that could be causing this?

Did you catch the double-link under the 4558?

Can you post photos of the back of the board?

Your output cap (10u, looks like a tant) should go from IC pin 7 to Vol 3. You have it coming from IC pin 8.
