Maestro Fuzztain MFZT-1

Canadrian
Hi Everyone,

I have been as many probably have been a long time lurker. I have build a couple of dozen pedals from this site. Some with success some with lots of frustration. I guess a lot of you can relate. I have limited knowledge and learn with each build.

Anyhow... The reason for my post is that a buddy of mine gave me a maestro fuzztain MFZT-1 pedal that has been beaten to crap. The pedal is still working and sounds great. for being almost 40 years old .

I am wondering if there is interest of me taking pictures (since I am going to try to fix the enclosure) so that it could be traced?

Let me know and I will do this as soon as I get to it.

Cheers...

Adrian

The schematic is already available, it's in the original service manual which can be found online. It looks like a bit of a beast with four dual opamps and a 4007, probably not very appealing for a quick vero build but someone may be up for the challenge.

I did a layout for this a few years ago. Do a search of the forum.
