Measure Jfet Voltage

Hello there. Quick extremely noob question!

I was reading the comments of a layout and someone said to measure the Jfets at the drain and adjust the trimpots until I get ~4.5V
Where exactly do you put your multimeter leads in order to measure the drain???

you measure the voltage from drain to ground. so + lead of your multimeter to drain pin of transistor (check the particular transistors pinout) and - lead to ground.
