Modded RVIII/Os Mutantes Fuzz

I just designed this layout for RVIII with some modifications. I added the BMP Tonestack, a DC filter, Starve control and a pot to control the clipping making it asymmetrical. BMP Tonestack also compensates for the low volume of the original layout. Layout has not yet been verified

What value is the trimmer?

The trimmer looks like a (incorrectly wired) volume pot for the recovery gain stage for the added BMP tone stack

The value would be 100K, and lugs 2 and 3 are reversed which will cause the volume pot to not exactly function normally except in the maximum volume setting

I take it  turning the trimmer 180 would work?
Edit: no that wouldn't work, got mt legs confused.

You could get rid of the leftmost linker by by creating a double link at the top of the three hole linker going up four holes.

I built this two times. The volume 2 is misplaced. Down 1 row and it wil work (link with the 4n7).

Yes volume 2 is also misplaced. I was talking about the trimmer which has lugs 2 and 3 mixed up. It will work but not quite how it’s supposed to

If you move the volume 2 one row down, the trimmer works fine.

The trimmer will work but lugs 2 and 3 are reversed. This will change the frequency response of the filter created by the output cap and voltage divider (trimmer) except when the trimmer is set at the loudest position.

It’s the same thing with the backwards input capacitor. You may not notice it affecting your builds, but it should be the other way around.
