It's not verified but this layout it's very simple. I used the original Naga Viper layout http://tagboardeffects.blogspot.com.es/2012/08/catalinbread-naga-viper.html for a while with some modifications, included the transistors switch from the Mojo layout.

Don't you think that would be possible delete first 3 strips and link the EQ1 and the 68n on row D directly? maybe is the 68n orange drop too big?

These orange drop are too big, you can check the dimensions on the net. The layout it's adapted for the capacitors.
