I need to figure out what pot I need.
Assuming you are viewing the potentiometer from the knob side and the lugs are on the bottom,Mehta pot would give more usable action when nearing the full counter clockwise rotation.
I am looking to have more blend control on a Fender Blender I built and beyond the first 20% of travel on the pot I'm getting effected signal only. Full counter clockwise is clean and full clockwise is fuzz. I'm just trying to gain a better control of this mix bringing the mid point closer to center.
Do I need to use a log or antilog pot here?
I would just experiment but I'm lacking pots to do it with.
