Newbie: Wah circuits

Thought I would tackle a wah pedal circuit. Looking at the wah circuits, the only thing I don't get is the WAH 1, WAH2, WAH3 outputs. Also best supplier for pot and inductor who ships to New Zealand?  Thanks.

From the layouts I've seen WAH 1 is, if you look at the back of a pot, the lug on the right. WAH 2 is the middle lug and WAH 3 is the left lug. The potentiometer in question is the WAH pot that is controlled by the wah treadle itself. The "output" part means that the 3rd lug of the wah pot is also connected to the output jack tip(I cant stress that enough because after a few years of building pedals, I still mix up the sleeve and the tip lugs of a jack)
