Noisy boost pedals

Fredrik Fencke
I need another simple boost pedal, so I built a Lovepedal Deluxe Sixty and a EHX LPB-1 today. I'm having the same problem with both of them though. I hard to describe audio, so here's a clip:

Is it a power thing? I'm using a Visual Sound One Spot, if that's relevant (works perfectly fine with other pedals).

Here are the layouts. They're both verified and I've built another Deluxe Sixty that I use on my acoustic board. That one's working great.

Thanks.

Hey! A very good method to find out if the noise is coming from your supply is to test them out with a battery. If you still have noise then, something else is wrong.
Also, are the circuits in enclosures or are you just bare-testing them?

Yes, they are encloused. I don't have a way to try running them on batteries at the moment, but I'm gonna look in to that. I guess I can just hook up a DC jack to something like this? https://www.amazon.com/Leather-Housing-Wired-Battery-Connector/dp/B00GN7W11K/ref=sr_1_3?rps=1&ie=UTF8&qid=1512537378&sr=8-3&keywords=9v+battery+connector&refinements=p_85%3A2470955011

Here is the Deluxe Sixty. It's not the cleanest build, I know... And I also really should get some wires of other colores.

That looks good! I don't see any reason this would make noise.

Yeah, just a battery snap (you can buy one locally or take one from some old device) connected onto a power plug. Something like that.
