Offboard Wet/Dry

First of all my, long overdue, thanks for your awesome effort. Much, much appreciated! I have built quite a number of effects by now. One thing that I could like is a wet-dry control. Using Bourns blenders in my guitars a lot, I thought of using one for this purpose. Attached is the schematic, based upon my usual off-board, I think would work, but I have 2 major questions: 1. Do you guys think it'll work? 2. What would the value of the pot best be? Again: Thanks for the help!
