On / Fairchild 2N5088's are now EOL'd

Got an email this morning from Mouser warning that the through hole ON/Fairchild 2N5088s are going away.

Might want to stock up, if you don't want to mess with adapter boards!

central semi still has TO-92 2N5088 on mouser.  not as much current capacity, tho.

So the 5088's now too? Man, when I started in this hobby J201's were so cheap and plentiful I used them in millenium switches as a cheaper alternative to 3PDT's. I might still have a pedal or two with J201 millenium switches. Now they cost more then a 3PDT. And now the 5088 will join that club as well?
