Original Park Fuzz 3 knobbie and 2 knobbie

Took the day off from work cause i wasn't feeling so hot, so i decided to take some time to draw up a few layouts for both versions of this after hearing the "new" one that came out from earthquaker.

2 Knobbie Version

3 Knobbie Version

sounds like a gorgeous and deliciously creamy Ge tonebender variant. as i marked in the layouts, no one is sure of the hfe for each transistor, or the make/model. i would start with using anything you would use in a tonebender and play with values as such.

For what it's worth, in the new Earthquaker versions they're using NOS AC125 PNP transistors.

Quick question: for the four knob layout (bottom layout, mislabeled 'Park Fuzz 3-Knob') - what do Sag 1, Volume 1 and Volume 2 connect to?

i forgot to put those in, just updated all the layouts. for the layouts with the sag control lug 1 isn't connected, it's just a variable resistor that controls how much voltages comes through.

Rocket, Question for you: would the same volume mod that Miro suggested on the Sola Sound Tone Bender Mark III work for this, as well?

Replacing the Volume Pot with 250k Lin, and changing the 200k resistor that connects to Volume 3 to a 68k?

Just finished the last 4 knob layout and it is KILLER! Just a wonderful pillow of FUZZ! Thanks for this one. I did Miro's 68k volume trick and it's plenty loud. Used a 22uF for the 25 and put a couple 3.3's in parallel for the 6.4.  Used some 2sb75 and 77 Japanese trannies with a bit of leakage. Hfe's were 64, 67, and 114.

I went back and modded my three knob with the 68k resistor/250k pot and it ROARS. Loaned it to a friend to test out, and I don't think it's coming back....
