Package tracker not updating

So I've ordered a few packages from a vendor, and the damn thing hasnt updated for a while. According to the tracking program one of the shipments is stuck in our customs since the 17th of June and the other is still stuck in New York since the 22nd.

Did this happen to anyone?

This has happened to me before, I have always received the item(s) after a long delay. Good luck
