As a first project I'm going to have a go at making the $5 mic preamp
here.
Obviously it doesn't have phantom power which would be handy.
I came across a phantom power project in Silicon Chip (magazine) and was wondering whether a stripboard versoin of this would be useful to anyone. I could have a go at doing the layout but would need others to verify it. It uses a 24V plugpack for AC so there's no issues dealing with mains voltages.
