Anyone know how this will be the circuit board?

it is basically a soft-latch switch that controls a mechanical relay

It's either PIC/AVR based, or uses a CMOS inverter. There are veros out there for the CMOS-based one, but they're a bit big.

it won't be either of those dude (unless they want to overspend on parts) it will just be a few transistors/passives and a relay.
I'm doing a vero for one now - I'm just getting the size down as much as possible

that's something you'll have to work out for yourself. I don't have a bad monkey so I can't really give any advice on how to implement this in it but I imagine it would be the same as any other pedal

also you can find these types of relays in old TVs and 90's onwards hifi amps etc.
