Polarized 1uf cap?

Question. I'm building a deep blue delay (into a ghost echo and shoot the moon trem) and wanted to be sure of something. It's ok to replace polarized 1uf electrolytic caps with non polarized 1uf film caps, right?

Yup. Polarized caps can always be replaced by equivalent non-polar caps.

The reverse is not always true.
