Do the J201's have to be matched and what is the voltage bias? 4.5v I presume?

It is recommended to socket the J201s there´s no need to be matched, but due the variation from sellers, it´s a good idea start with a bunch of them, the bias is presumed to be 4.5v ~5v. But usually the ears is the best tool to find the hot spot, on this kind of pedal.

Having problems with this one. Seem to be getting the same voltage to all three pins of Q4. Made sure there were no solder bridges and it its still the same. Can anyone see anything wrong with this layout. I will check again  for the fiftieth time, but i just can't see the problem.
