Not sure how experienced you are - maybe more than me - but I did SHO for my first build and think I had every newbie fault during the build - but got it working eventually and is a great pedal. built 7 since and almost all build faults have been wrong orientation of diodes, transistors or solder in the tracks.
I started running a junior hacksaw in the tracks and this cleans them nicely.
Worth getting a magnifying glass in close and checking everything as component fault is least likely IMHO
Also worth looking at earlier topic on using test rig this has really makes things easier and less frustrating.
